Shankara Borobudur - Magelang

fairly clean, simple hotel with superfriendly stuff and new-fashioned rooms. location just off the temple, and borobudur. also, to a free event.

The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried tasty dishes. Its beds were very comfy. The staff were friendly all the time of my stay. Also, location was favourable, at a short distance from a small solitary temple. Furthermore, the area was very pleasant.

I recommend Shankara Borobudur. the staff was efficient and attentive. - My room was brand-new and fashionable, with coffee and a kettle provided. - the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. - the hotel had a good location, a short walk to Borobudur temple, Prambanan temples, and just about 300m to the ticket office. - the provided service was good!

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and we loved the rooms overlooking the garden.

Not one thing.

The hotel has a convenient and unbeatable location, just a short walk to the nearest shops, temples, and other restaurants. the staff were attentive all the time. - the rooms are always brand-new and neat, with a lovely garden view.

The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the restaurant nearby offered some great Indonesian food. the hotel's location was perfect for us, with some interesting villages and temples within biking distance. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary bottles of water and fruits.

We loved the spacious rooms with comfy beds and clean sheets. The hotel staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, including the large pool and relaxing outdoor garden. Breakfast had a good selection of simple but tasty options.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Magelang for Easter and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even went out of their way to arrange a special surprise for our daughter's birthday. The location was perfect, just a short distance from key attractions. the pool was fantastic and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel was a bit dated and we encountered some issues with hot water in our room. Although the staff was quick to attend to the problem, it happened more than once which was inconvenient.

The outside noise of the early morning prayers and live music was sometimes too loud.

The staff, including Christine, were gracious and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend Shankara Borobudur for its prime location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and excellent service.
